Royal Brothers Royal Sisters (RBRS)
Royal Brothers Royal Sisters (RBRS) is the first global one-on-one Christian and Professional mentorship program exclusively designed for youth and young adults across the body of Christ, to empower them for greatness. The purpose of RBRS is to provide the right support network, strategy, clarity, direction, and guidance to empower youths and young adults across the body of Christ to achieve success in any or all the areas of our five key mandates. The foundation of this program is a productive one to one (1:1) mentoring, which pairs a mentee with a designated mentor who can offer spiritual and professional career guidance to the mentee to facilitate the attainment of great heights in the mentee’s life and walk with Christ.
Application Process
Prospective Mentees and Mentors must go through a diligent application process. Applications are carefully evaluated and candidates who demonstrate leadership potential are selected for interviews. Selected candidates are also required to complete background checks as part of the recruitment process. Once final decisions have been made, admission confirmation letters, which provides detailed information about the program are sent to the successful candidates via email.
At RYFC, we believe in continuous improvement, thus our evaluation process is critical to sustaining and improving the quality of the mentorship program. We will continue to monitor and adjust the program with your experience and feedback.
